Hello and welcome back to RFM Tales, our homage to the iPhone/Android football management sim Retro Football Management.  In our first save on the site, I (Dan Barker Gray) have taken the reins of Manchester United at the start of the 1988-89 season with the aim of landing a first league title since 1967. The month gets underway with us leaving South East London with a point after Brian McClair rescues a draw from our trip to Charlton Athletic.
